I want to clarify that all quotes provided cover the scope of work necessary to meet current code requirements. This includes everything needed to pass inspection and ensure the system is safe and functional. However, any work beyond this, whether due to changes in materials, design requests, or additions not initially included, will be considered outside the scope of the original estimate. As such, these items would incur additional charges.

 

We’ll always communicate any potential changes or costs with you before proceeding, so you’re never caught off guard. I aim to be transparent and fair, delivering the best possible outcome for your project.
